..........and apparently I can do NO wrong in the people's eyes. I took on alot of work this year, and decided to not do a couple of pieces. They just weren't coming out right , and I didn't feel right about keeping the money if I wasn't all in it. So in the Christmas spirit, I was gonna give the money back. NOPE, FAT CHANCE!!!! The people come in see the work done and say "Oh my God!!!It's coming out so good!!!", or I get the "please man if I gotta wait a little longer but before Christmas I'll wait". I really want you to do the piece for me." Even when I try to give it to another artist they want my work. Its cool, flattering, and I would say humbling if I didn't have such a big head. HA-HA. Overall decent day, I did some touch-ups for people and then started to add pieces to other paintings with people wanting me to sign the work after I was done(the original image was not my own). Again flattering. People shaking my hand--because I was one of the artists. Toward the end of the night, some girl buys me a caramel frappachino from Starbucks(lets keep in mind people I don't drink coffee, but this wasn't bad). I felt like an episode of Kramer sitting there and talking to her. Nice girl, then I left and went back to the gallery. Like I said decent day, in the eyes of the people the work speaks for itself. I don't do much to push on, and that's the way I like it. For the people who know me, client or stranger.....I came....I Holla'ed.....I popped my colla. Keep on rolling, baby.
