I walked in today saying to myself that I need I need to get away from everyone. I had a conference call and pretty much told everyone on the line that I was done with the gallery. They kept trying to get me to tell them why I wanted to leave and what opportunities would be around the corner. I laid out my problems with the store, and pretty much told them that this place has become a joke. So then again they asked me what do I want. I told them about two months ago I could have told you now I don't know anymore. SO I let them scramble around all day, to come back and out of the day with MORE money and a different bonus structure than other managers. Keep in mind most managers get paid salary, they can work more or less and not gain anything except for a bonus. I get paid hourly, plus commission, plus overtime,bonuses,I get paid for being one of the artists, and now more pay and more bonus. I'm not a business man, I'm a BUSINESS, man.
