Self Portrait.

Been getting some work done, but it doesn't feel like its enough though. Definitely getting to where my work is in demand and people wanting to see some new work. I did have a talk with someone about art and they asked if there was a piece that I wouldn't do or haven't done yet. I said yes to both cause its the same piece. The Self Portrait. Something like that takes what I think some serious reflection on yourself. Its literally like looking in the mirror and staring the devil in the eyes. You have to look at yourself and really look at your eyes and realize everything you've done in different moments of your life.

I think thats why I play like I do. I don't have to pretend or lie or be anything to anyone but myself. Kissing ass is something I don't normally do but there have been those occasions where its been done. I kind of have to look at those times, and learn not to do it again. So with that, when I do decide to do the portrait I already have it laid out in my head how I would do it. I've already looked my devil in the eyes. I've got nothing to hide, and I'll face anything and anyone head on. Sometimes before people even know its coming. Its like that song says from back in the day........."cause its the same old song, just a with a different beat since you been gone", baby.
