Starting the day was one that was busy and anxious. While the President was minutes away from his Inauguration, I was drawing comics. His speech, was something to listen to.
I favor no politics, but to watch him and his mannerisms....the man knows there is work to do. I have Hope. Hope for things that are in so many words...earnest. I have hope for my children. I have hope for their dreams. I have hope for my family. Vigilance was in his speech. Vigilance is something people need. Not only for themselves but for their family and for others and what is happening around them.
Those are two very strong words. Hope and Vigilance. If you could walk away from that speech and look at things differently, those would be two words to take with you.
